All orders placed on this site , following the mandatory validation of the general conditions of sale listed below require you to accept .

These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties under a system of distance selling. They apply to all orders placed on Custom Gimbal which reserves the right to make any changes . These changes will be mentioned on the site and applied only on new orders .

Validation controls

According to the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature, any order signed by the buyer by clicking on the "Submit Order" button is a firm and final acceptance of these terms of sale. This electronic signature has the same value as a handwritten signature by both parties .

The seller only has the option to cancel the order if it is enabled. All orders are confirmed by email to the address provided when creating the account of the buyer.

For large orders in terms of quantity or price, Custom Gimbal reserves the right to require the purchaser of supplementary documents before confirmation and shipping the products of the order. For orders over 4000 EUR , payment by bank transfer is required.

Period of validity of the offer and price

The validity of the offer and the price of it is a free hour. The prices displayed are guaranteed by the site during this time.

Product Availability

The command is sent on the same day or the day after receipt of payment .

In case of unavailability of the product, we promise to deliver within 30 days .
In case of delay of more than 7 days after this period, the client can request the cancellation of the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. We will refund within a maximum of 30 days.

If out of stock on one of the products , we will inform you by email and ship the rest of your order at our expense , except against you indicate otherwise .

Terms of Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in EUR. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in EUR.

The products are always charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time
registration of the order. Authorized payments are : credit card via paypal , bank transfer and Paypal. Any costs of foreign transfers are the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer is solely responsible for the payment of the purchased product .

In case of rejection of payment by the bank, Custom Gimbal reserves the right to suspend and cancel the order.

The credit card payment is made via paypal on a secure server.
For safety reasons, no banking information is transmitted through the website Custom Gimbal.com or its subdomains. The order is recorded and confirmed upon acceptance of payment by your bank.

Goods ordered will be delivered after full payment of the order. No reason can justify the non -payment of an outstanding debt. According to the number 92-1442 of 31 December 1992 (Article 3-1) law any amount not paid or payment rejected by the seller's bank will result in the payment of interest ( 2 times the legal interest rate applicable to the due date of the debt) .

Terms of delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address when ordering . However, for reasons of package tracking, we are unable to deliver orders in areas and military bases as well as the relay point Cityssimo . Custom Gimbal not book in some countries. Please contact us if in doubt .

For shipments outside France Metropolitan area , the extra shipping will

Delivery

Images, text, graphics, information and features illustrating the products are not contractual and are for illustrative purposes only to assist you in your choice. Consequently, CustomGimbals can not be held liable for errors or omissions in such images, text, graphics, information and features.

CustomGimbals can not be held liable for breach of contract of sale due to: inventory shortage on supplier's side, case of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal and or transportation services, unavailability of communication services, flood, fire.

CustomGimbals can not be held liable for any damage related to a service of the Information Society, including:

introduction on Customer's computer of viruses spreading via the Internet,
misuse of the website,
unauthorized use of any portion of the website,
data interception due to software piracy,
non-receipt of or not reading/reacting within maximum one week after sending of/to e-mails sent by CustomGimbals.

Right of withdrawal

Warranties

Every product has a legal guarantee from the manufacturer. Custom Gimbal does not provide product warranties only as an intermediary of the distributor or manufacturer of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

· The products physically damaged or burnt
· An abnormal use or mishandling
· The modified products , uneven or damaged during transport
· The consumables (batteries, glue ... )
· The products used or welded (camera , transmitter , microphone, regulators ... )

The products warranty is 3 months.

Pictures are not contractual.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (customer charge) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus initial shipping costs. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
